Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Biryani masala powder – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Shahi jeera – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Black Cardamom -1
Mace
Food colour
Saffron (kesar)
