Today we’ll learn how to make Aloo poori. During Navratri Vrat and other fasts we make this potato curry with kuttu pooris as we are not allowed to use regular spices and vegetables.
There are many versions of making these vrat ke aloo ki subzi depends on the choice of each house hold and region. This is my favorite Aloo-poori recipe which I often make during fasting and also on normal days too.

Serve (2 person)
Kuttu Ka atta – 100 gm (1 cup)
Potato – 4 Medium (Boiled) (2 for sabji & 2 for atta)
Tomato – 2 Small (grated)
Green Chilli – 2
Coriander leaves – for garnish
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1tsp
Rock salt/Sendha Namak – 4 tsp (as per taste)
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Oil – to fry pooris
