Curd – 1 cup or 100 gm
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 tsp
Mint Leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते) – 5 tbsp or 50 gm
Ginger-Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice ( नींबू का रस) – 2 tbsp
Onion (प्याज) – 2 Medium sliced
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 4-5
Biryani masala powder (बिरयानी मसाला पाउडर ) – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) – 5 tbsp or 50 gm
Sahi Jeera (जीरा) – 1tbsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – 4 tbsp or as per taste
Bay Leaf ( तेजपत्ते )- 2-3
Cinnamon stick (दालचीनी ) – 2-3 inch
Green cardamom (हरी इलायची) – 2
Black cardamom (बडी इलायची) – 4
Black pepper(काली मिर्च) – 20-25
Mace (जावित्री)- 1
Clove (लौंग)- 6-7
Ghee (घी )- 3 tbsp
Oil (तेल) – 3 tbsp
Kesar in milk (केसर का दूध ) – 4 tbsp
