Ingredients:-

1. CRISPY CHILLI CHANA
1 cup chickpea / white chana
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
3 tsp salt
4 oil
200 Gms cornflour
2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1-inch ginger (finely chopped)
2 green chilli (slit)
4 tbsp spring onions (chopped)
1 onion (peeled petals)
8 cubes capsicum (red & green)
1 tsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper (crushed)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

2. Chana Biryani | Chole Biryani | Kabuli Chana Biryani
2 cups Rice
2 cups Kabuli Chana / White Chana
1 cup chopped onions
10 cloves Garlic, chopped
2-inch Ginger, chopped
1 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped
1 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
8 Green Chilli, slit halfway
4 tsp coriander powder
2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
8 clove Cloves (Laung)
2 Moti Elachi
4 Choti Elachi
Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
6 Bay leaf (tej patta)
1 tsp jeera
¼ Milk – add a pinch of orange colour in it
Water (as per the need)
5 teaspoon desi Ghee
Salt to taste
Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) (If you want to make raita)

3.Chana Chaat
2 Cups Kabuli Chana/ White Chana
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder/jeera powder
3 tsp green chutney
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp tamarind chutney/imli chutney
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
3 tbsp potato / aloo (boiled & cubed)
2 tbsp cucumber (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
4 tbsp sev (fine)
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
