Ingredients:

1. Macaroni Pasta (मैक्रोनी पास्ता )

Macaroni (मैक्रोनी) – 1 cup of 100 gm
Onion ((प्याज) – 1 medium sliced
Peas (मटर) – 1/2 cup
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) – 1 small
Tomato (टमाटर) – 2 medium (grated)
टमाटर कैचअप (Tomato Ketchup) – 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – 2 tbsp
OIl (तेल) – 3 tbsp

2. Paneer Pocket Roll (पनीर पॉकेट रोल)

Paneer (पनीर ) – 50 gm (grated)
Bread (ब्रेड) – 3slice
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) – 1 tbsp
Onion ((प्याज) – 2 tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder () – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder () – 1/2 tsp
Salt (नमक) – 2 tsp or as per taste
Green Chutney (हरी चटनी) – 2 tbsp
टमाटर कैचअप (Tomato Ketchup) – 1 tbsp
OIl (तेल) – 3 tbsp

3. Mini Idli

Sooji/Semolina (सूजी) – 3 tbsp
Curd (दही) – 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक ) – 1 tbsp or as per taste
Eno Salt (इनो फ्सल्ट) – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds (मेथी) – 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves (कढ़ी पत्ता ) – 15-20
Oil (तेल) – 3 tbsp

4. Poha

Poha (पोहा) – 1 Cup or 200 gm
Onion (प्याज) – 1 medium (chopped)
Peas (मटर) – 1 cup or 50 gm
Potato (आलू) – 1 medium (chopped)
Coriander (धनिये के पत्ते) – for ganish
Peanuts (मूंगफली) – 1/2 cup or 50 gm
Curry Patta (करी पत्ता) – 8-10 leaves
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 1 chopped
Rai (राई)- 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) – 1 tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)- 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) – 2 tsp (as per taste)
Oil (तेल) – 2 tbsp

5. Cheese parantha (चीज़ पराठा)

Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा ) – 1 cup or 100 gm
Salt (नमक) – 1 tsp or as per taste
Oil (तेल) – 3 tbsp
Water (पानी) – 1 Cup or 100 ml
Mozzarella Cheese (मोज़रैला चीज़ ) – 50 gm
Onion (प्याज) – 2 tbsp (fine chopped)
