Ginger -Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 3 chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) – 1 tsp
Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता )
Black Cardamom (काली इलायची)
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
Cinnamon दालचीनी
Salt (नमक) – 2 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) – 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 2 tsp
Chana Masala (चना मसाला) – 3 tbsp
OIl (तेल) – 4 tbsp

FOR BHATURE (भठूरे)

Maida (मैदा) – 3 cup or 200 gm
Sooji (सूजी) – 1 cup or 50 gm
Curd (दही) – 1 cup or 100 gm
Salt (नमक ) – 1 tsp or as per taste
Soda Water (सोडा – वाटर) – 100 ml
