250 gms All Purpose Flour (Maida)
2 tsp Raisins (Chopped)
2 tsp Almonds (Crushed)
2 tsp Cashews (Crushed)
2 tsp Dry Coconut (grated)
2 tbps Ghee
2 Pinch Green Cardamom (powder)
150 gms Bhoora or powdered sugar
250 gm Mawa or Khoya
150 ml Water
300 gm Ghee or oil (to fry)
